Phoenix are the only company in Northumberland to use state of the art technology to run our fleet. All of our vehicles are fitted with ‘Minos’ data heads from one of the leading taxi technology suppliers.
Each data head is fitted with a custom, easy-to-view metre as well as in built satellite navigation to provide customers with the quickest and most affordable journey possible. In the interest of customer safety and comfort, we no longer operate noisy radios in our vehicles and all customer details are transmitted securely over the data system than a radio frequency. Phoenix offer a number of unique services that give the customer as much choice as possible in how they book their taxi.

Safety
At Phoenix we offer a SMS ‘Text Back’ service for all of our customers. Phoenix will text you when your taxi is outside, telling you the colour, model and registration of your car. No more guessing which taxi is yours! Get home safe....request ‘text back’ on your booking.
Alternatively if your booking from a home phone or from your home address, ask for ‘Ring Back’ and we’ll give your phone a cal to let you know your car is outside.
