Took us to and from Newcastle airport. Arrived when they said they would and drivers were good. Reliable and trustworthy for an airport run is what you really need. Will use Phoenix again.

★★★★★

We recently used Phoenix to pick us up for an airport run. The chap turned up promptly, ( early in fact) said good morning and put our cases in the car. He was very pleasant although we didn’t talk because it was early in the morning and he seemed to sense we just wanted to sit quietly! We’ll definitely use them again. Thank you. Oh the car smelt lovely too!

★★★★★

Booking was so easy on the app, our driver was on time and so helpful both loading and unloading our luggage. He was friendly and the car was super clean. Great value and will defo use again.

★★★★★

Really responsive taxi company, friendly service and clean taxis. Phoenix taxis were able to change the bookings last minute to cater for a cancelled train at Ashington which meant I wouldn’t miss my connecting train in Newcastle (thank you!)

★★★★★

Brilliant Phoenix taxi driver who went out of his way to find me a wheelchair as my hospital appointment turned out to be not inside the hospital but a long walk outside it. He went over and above duty after pushing me for ages to get there and even continued to help me find the Pre-op assessment building. Well done! I’m so very grateful for his kind help and consideration. Thank you!

★★★★★

Brilliant company. I always use then to go to Newcastle airport. Very reliable. On 20th November when we had all the snow the driver arrived 30 minutes early to make sure I got to the airport on time. Many thanks

★★★★★

Pre booked taxi day before on app, was pretty straightforward. Our driver collected us from the airport early morning. He called me 10 minutes before pick up to confirm his time of arrival, exact pick up location, and car make and colour. He was friendly and helped us with our cases. Car was immaculate and comfortable.
