If you have any feedback, compliments or issues with a journey or service provided by Phoenix that you’d like us to be aware of, please place it in writing by postal letter or by using the contact form on this page. Any issues or complaints should be made in writing rather than in person or by telephone in order to ensure that the correspondence is recorded, and that your issue is dealt with by an appropriate member of the management team.
Please provide as much information as possible, including: date and time of booking, where you were picked up from and dropped off at, and what name the travel was booked under. The more information you provide, the easier it will be resolve your issue.
If you have a query, request or cancellation related to a future booking, please give us a call instead. While we aim to respond to your query as soon as possible, you should call us to ensure cancellations or amendments are dealt with immediately.
