Book a Phoenix Taxi online using our online booking form. There’s no need to register or create an account. You can use the form to:

• Get a Quote
• Book a taxi for a specified date and time, or request a cab for as soon as possible
• Specify the number of passengers so we can send the right sized taxi to you
• Book a one way or return journey
• Add up to 5 locations on your trip
• Book a taxi to or from the airport (please have your flight number handy)
• Leave a note for your driver

Can I pay by card?

The online booking form automatically chooses cash as your payment but please rest assured all Phoenix Taxis accept card payments.

How do you use my personal information?

The personal information collected as part of booking your taxi online is only used for your booking. We won’t send you any marketing, spam or pass your details onto any third parties. You can find out more about this by reading our Privacy Policy. 

Is my quote final?

Your actual price may vary from your quote due to factors such as traffic, waiting time between pick up points or having booked a wait and return journey. We do offer fixed journey pricing. Please call 01670 540 222 to request a set fare.
