How we keep passengers safe
- Every driver holds an enhanced DBS check, and we carry out our own regular right-to-work checks.
- Passenger assistants ride on routes that need one, trained by us before they start.
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles, over 25 of them, with drivers trained to load and secure wheelchairs safely.
- Daily vehicle checks through our SmartCheck system, and our own garage keeps the fleet maintained.
- A 24-hour office that tracks every car and can reach every driver.
